GITAM University will present the GITAM
Foundation award to noted agriculture scientist M.S. Swaminathan at
the 32nd GITAM foundation day function to be held on the
university campus vizag on 10th Aug, 2012. The award, consisting of
a citation and a cash of Rs.10 lakh. Prof. Subramanayamn said that the
award was presented to Business Standard Editor Dr.Sanjay Baru in 2010
and to retired Supreme Court Justice B Sudarshan Reddy in 2011. Vice
Chancellor Prof. Acharya, D Harinayana and Registrar Prof.M.Potharaju
participated in the press conference.
