Arvind Kejriwal, the man out to change how politics is done in India, has occupied the 32nd rank in the latest (2013) list of "Top 100 Global Thinkers" published by the renowned international relations magazine "Foreign Policy". NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden grabs the top slot for exposing the extent of state (US) snooping in private lives.
The list comprises 100 people who have made "measurable difference" in the world that given year by "pushing the boundaries of the possible" as per the magazine. India's feminist activist Urvashi Butalia and Kavita Krishnan have been placed on the joint 77th place in the list for campaigning gainst sexual violence.
