India's first Minority Cyber Village inaugurated

  • India's first Minority Cyber Village was inaugurated by the Minister for Minority Affairs K Rehman Khan on 19 February 2014 in "Chandoli" in Alwar district of Rajasthan. 
  • The chandoli villages ,Rajasthan has been selected for the pilot process of Cyber Village.
  • The village got selected because it has more than 78% population of minorities and can be a best place to check the performance of India’s first cyber village. 
  • The population of Mewat is still belongs to backward thinking and life style and if the project will get successful here than only it can be taken further.
  • The minority affairs also announced that they are planning to open school for minorities children in minority dominated area the school will be like Kendriya Vidhalaya and also plan to open 200 colleges for the minorities people in the minorities dominated area.

What Is India’s First Minority Cyber Village 
  • It will provide the computer education to  people who belong a age group of 15 to 59.
  • Minorities people will be benefited more from this cyber village concept. 
  • Expert will engage in the program to provide high end education the aspirant.
