New Microsoft chief will get $4.8 million this year, $18 m in 2015

• The winner takes it all. Satya Nadella, who has been appointed as CEO of Microsoft, will earn $4.8 million in the current financial year. 
• While Nadella gets an annual salary of $1.2 million, he will get three times ($3.6 million) more as a cash award. 
• This will go up to $18 million next year as he becomes eligible for stock awards.
